The Initial Walkthrough is designed for couples who are already booked with The Grand Victorian and are ready to begin discussing their event vision. During this visit, you will review your event timeline, table layout, and decor options with your coordinator.
This walkthrough also gives you the opportunity to see the space again, ask questions, and start shaping how your day will flow.
Final Walkthrough
30 minutes
Our Final Walk Through appointment is for clients who are already booked with The Grand Victorian and are ready to finalize their details. This appointment should take place no later than two weeks before your event date to confirm all final arrangements.
This walkthrough is scheduled once your guest count is finalized and all planning details are in place, ensuring everything is aligned for a smooth and seamless event day.
